Shenzhen Wandajie Plastic Product Co., Ltd. (formerly Shenzhen Wanda Plastic Co., Ltd.) was incorporated in 1986 with a registered capital of RMB 38 million; it is a scientific and technological enterprises with powerful strength in the private sector. Under the Company, there are three subsidiaries: Tianjin Wandajie Plastic Product Co., Ltd., Dalian Wandajie Plastic Product Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Wandajie Plastic Product Co., Ltd. The Company is professionally engaged in the technical development, production and sales of the parent materials for degradable plastics as well as the production and sales of various degradable shopping bags, packing bags, wrapping films and compound bags.

　　The Company has set up well consummated administration and management system, the financial management system and quality management system; total quality management is implemented here. In Dec 2001, the Company passed ISO9001 international quality management certification. Most of the production and technical equipment used by the Company is imported from Japan and Taiwan besides, a mega-class super clean dust-free food plastic workshop and a 100,000-class super clean dust-free compound bag workshop have all been built. The Company possesses a number of technical professionals specialized in the research, development and production management of degradable plastic. In May 2003, the Company was cognized as “Hi-tech Enterprise of Shenzhen” by Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. The Company follows the management principle of “people-orientation” and implements the labour contract system of the entire workforce to make full play of the sense of ownership and work drive; in 2005, the Company was awarded “100 Enterprises with harmonious labour relationship” by the municipal government of Shenzhen.  

　　The new type environmentally compatible high-molecular material developed by the Company – optic/bio-degradable plastic combines unique starch performance modified technology and metallocene polymer modified technology, with degradability and lower cost. The products cover degradable parent materials for plastics and various degradable plastic packing bags thus solving the problems of white pollution posed by plastic castoff from the root. The products have passed the testing and awarded the production permit by the State Plastic Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center, Shenzhen Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Shenzhen Environment Bureau, Shenzhen Hygiene and Quarantine Station as well as the relevant government agencies of Fuzhou, Kunming, Shenyang, Dalian, Jilin and Tianjin etc.; these products are highly valued by the users and are really “green packing”. In April 2003, the same passed the certification of “China Environment Marked Product” by the State Environment Protection Bureau and in Jan 2004, the same passed the certification by China Standard Certification Center affiliated to the State Development and Reforming Commission.  

　　Since its incorporation, the Company has been oriented by the market needs and keeping in line with the state environment policy to actively implement the leading technology strategy thus its products have become more diversified and attracted the clients including Wal-Mart (China) Shopping Mall, Carrefour, Sam’s Club, Tianhong Shopping Center, PARKNSHOP, Suibao Department Store, MOI, Jusco, Yuanda Shopping Center, McDonald’s, Kerry Oil, Hongtashan Group, Pilian Technology, Changyuan New Materials, Languang Electronics, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, Accord Pharmacy etc. and the sales income grows year by year. The Company has established long term partnership with most of its clients; in 2008, the Company was awarded by Wal-Mart the “best partnership award” and in 2009, it was awarded “the best environment protection contribution prize”; in 2008, the parent material production of the Company reached 7000 tons and the production of membrane packing material reached 12,000 tons; its total sales revenue in the same year was RMB 150 million; the Company has become one of the degradable plastic manufacturers in Shenzhen and even in China with the most competiveness.  

　　Following the further market exploration, the Company has already acquired 26,600 square meters of land in the Baolong Biling Industrial Zone, Hi-tech Industrial Trip of Shenzhen, to build Wandajie Industrial Park at a total cost of RMB 95 million with the production capacities of 15,000 tons of parent material for degradable plastic and 25,000 tons of degradable plastic products, supplemented with basketball yard, tennis yard, table tennis room, canteen, supermarket, library and employees activity rooms etc; while expanding the production, the leisure time of the employees may be largely enriched.
